Abstrak

 

            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perilaku Pimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. BPR Central Arta  Tegal.

            Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. BPR Central Artha Tegal sebanyak 92 orang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 52 orang, yang dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 17.

Penelitian menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = -9,708 +  0,279 X1 + 0,278 X2 +  0,930 X3+ 0,362 X4, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan.  Hasil penelitian hipotesis juga membuktikan bahwa membuktikan bahwa    Perilaku Pimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

 

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Leader Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Work Ability on Employee Performance of PT. BPR Central Arta Tega.

Population were employees of PT. BPR Artha Tegal,  as many as 92 persons and sample consisted of 52 people, who were randomly selected using a formula Slovin.
The analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 17.
            The study resulted
a regression equation Y = -9.708 + 0.279 X1 + 0,278 X2 + 0.930 X3 + 0.362 X4.  So, it’s concluded that overall the independent variable positively  impact on employee performance. The results also showed that  Leadership Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Work Ability were positively and significantly affected on  employee performance.
