The Democratic and the political system to produce the policies and regulation are Dynamic, for the implementation need to clearly definition and socialization to carried out appropriately and effectively in all of citizen, because the power of democracy are people itself.

The real democracies manifestation of the responsibility and accountability stake holder or government, when the government changed the regulation or Public Policies affected to model of democracy. Based on data, need to continue studies and review to do the best practice democracy to achieve the goals of save society.

To achieve that goals need support and collaboration, coordination between government and community, which is the result are mutually beneficial policies.

The community participation in determining policies has a positive impact on the development of maturity in political and democracy in Indonesia.
