Abstract
The research objectives of the Study of Education Service Innovation for Population
Administration and Civil Registration in the City of Surakarta are. The objectives of the
research on the study of innovation in population administration services and civil
registration in the city of Surakarta are (1) describe the innovation in population
administration services and sivil regrestration, (2) describe the supporting factors for
service improvement and The type of research is a qualitative descriptive research
method. The results of the research show that the service innovation that has been
implemented by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of
Surakarta has brought good success to the performance of population administration
services and civil disabilities in recording population data speed, child identity cards
(KIA), integrated services, mobile car services, bringing closer to community and
support the completeness of other service sectors, such as data on health, education,
social and voter data for general elections and regional head elections.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian Inovasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil
di Kota Surakarta adalah (1) mendeskripsikan inovasi pelayanan administrasi
kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil (2) menggambarkan faktor-faktor pendukung
peningkatan layanan dan. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan yang telah dilaksanakan Dinas
Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surakarta telah membawa keberhasilan yang
baik bagi capaian kinerja pelayanan dengan hasil yang baik, yaitu capaian perekaman
data kependudukan, kartu identitas anak, pelayanan terpadu, mobil keliling,
mendekatkan pada masyarakat dan mendukung kelengkapan bidang-bidang layanan
lainnya, seperti data kesehatan, pendidikan, sosial dan data pemilih untuk pemilihan
umum dan pemilihan kepala daerah.
