ABSTRACT
Pancasila revitalization with civic education, meant that the Pancasila and the
1945 Constitution that had been formed since the days of independence, were
really used as a basis for achieving the ideals of prospering the nation, because
Pancasila with all its truths from all aspects of the life of the nation had been tested
for truth. His survival came from a part of the political elite which only always did
not see the truth of his Pancasila, but rather saw who and what party had produced
the Pancasila formula itself. So Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution are always
only seen as a political commodity, making the national community uncomfortable
due to the actions of some political elites who are not as statesmen. Changes in
