KORELASIONAL PROGRAM INDONESIA PINTAR (PIP), DISIPLIN GURU DALAM MEMOTIVASI BELAJARSISWA

ABSTRACT

The problem of this study was due to the lack of optimal use of PIP funds and teacher discipline in SMP N 2 Todanan. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between PIP, and teacher discipline to motivate students for learning. The type of research was explanatory research, with a population of students receiving PIP in SMP N 2 Todanan. Data collection techniques with questioners on selected samples by proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis used was product moment statistical correlation tested techniques and multiple correlations to test hypotheses of correlations between the Smart Indonesia Program, teacher discipline in motivating student learning. Quantitative analysis showed that there was no correlation between the variables studied due to value of r was less than the product moment table number

This study recommended that the manager of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) needed to increase the socialization of this program, as a result its utilization to increase in line with expectations of all parties, especially students, teachers, students’ parents and school.

ABSTRAK

Masalah dalam penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya pemanfaatan dana PIP dan disiplin Guru yang belum optimal di SMP N 2 Todanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui korelasional antara PIP, disiplin Guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa. Tipe penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory research, dengan  populasi siswa penerima PIP di SMP N 2 Todanan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan questioner pada sampel yang terpilih dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis tentang korelasional antara Program Indonesia Pintar, disiplin guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan teknik uji statistik korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan ternyata tidak terdapat korelasi antar variabel yang diteliti melalui nilai perhitungan r dibawah angka tabel product moment

Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa pengelola Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) perlu meningkatkan sosialisasi program ini agar pemanfaatannya semakin sesuai dengan harapan pada semua pihak terutama pada siswa, guru, orang tua siawa dan sekolah.
