ABSTRAK

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis relevansi reformasi birokasi dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan public. Ruang lingkup administrasi publik termasuk semua ranah dan aktivitas pada yurisdiksi kebijakan publik. Administrasi publik yang makin berkembang sejak masa reformasi ditandai oleh perubahan pola pikir dari pola pikir sentralisasi menjadi pelibatan swasta dan kelompok masyarakat dalam pembangunan. Administrasi publik sangat berpengaruh pada tingkat implementasi kebijakan karena administrasi publik berguna untuk mencapai tujuan program yang telah ditentukan oleh pembuat kebijakan publik. Pencapaian penyelenggaraan administrasi publik yang berkualitas, ditandai dengan reformasi birokrasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah penggunakan data sekunder. Beberapa sumber Pustaka dan teori menjadi pusat perhatian penting dalam analisis data sekunder. Hasil studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa salah satu ranah penting dalam administrasi publik adalah pelayanan publik. Meskipun belum sepenuhnya tercapai, namun kualitas elayanan public menjadi inti dalam penyelenggaraan tata Kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Reformasi birokrasi menjadi jalan terbaik untuk memperbaiki kualitas pelaynan public.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze the relevance of bureaucratic reform in the delivery of public services. The scope of public administration includes all areas and activities in the jurisdiction of public policy. Public administration which has been growing since the reformation period is marked by a change in mindset from a centralized mindset to involving the private sector and community groups in development. Public administration is very influential on the level of policy implementation because public administration is useful for achieving program objectives that have been determined by public policy makers. The achievement of quality public administration is marked by bureaucratic reform. The method used in this article is the use of secondary data. Several sources. Literature and theory have become an important center of attention in secondary data analysis. The results of the literature study, it was found that one of the important areas in public administration is public service. Although it has not been fully achieved, the quality of public services is at the core of the implementation of good governance. Bureaucratic reform is the best way to improve the quality of public services.
