Determinan Stres Kerja, Konflik Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa di Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, konflik kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sukorejo Kendal. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 perangkat desa dengan menggunakan teknik statified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work stress, work conflict and work discipline on the performance of village officials in Sukorejo Kendal District. The population in this study were village officials in Sukorejo Kendal District. The number of samples in this study were 70 village officials using statified random sampling technique. The analytical technique used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicated that work stress had a positive and significant effect on performance, work conflict had a negative and significant effect on performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance.
