This study aims to study the application of financial management audits at PT. Mowilex Indonesia Regional Indo Central. The focus of this research is the audit of financial management organizations and operational policy audits. This research uses qualitative research methods using case studies. Informants in this study published Branch Manager, SPV Finance & Accounting, SPV Warehouse, and Sales Admin. The analytical tool used in this study is the analysis of the Miles and Huberman model and triangulation.The results showed that financial management audits have not been conducted in a fixed period or period. In the application of financial management audits, much remains to be considered, among others: there are no specific members of the audit team, and the implementation of financial management audits regulates the schedule of each member. The duties, authorities and responsibilities of the financial department have not yet been established. Unwritten financial policies and regulations. There has not been any handling of inventory of goods whose sales are slow. Poor record keeping on the warehouse stock card and collection of goods that are not in accordance with the travel permit, resulting in a difference in the number and number of batches between the system and its physical at the time of the stock taking. Solutions to overcome the challenges that occur in the implementation of financial management audits include: recruiting new Human Resources equivalent to Bachelor degree to become an auditor and making Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to the audit implementation schedule. Develop standard job descriptions that are compiled and explained as well as compiling work procedures established by the head office and applied to all branch offices. Make policies related to managing petty cash and credit sales receivables. Manage faster sales completion: provide special discounts or sell at low prices, make samples for projects, repair and return headquarters or transfer to other branches that need the goods, and recycle these items and then use them for CSR (Coorporate Social Responsibility). Re-check after taking the items and before sending them to the customer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beberapa variabel seperti Pemahaman sistem akuntansi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap Kualitas laporan keuangan daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini kepala bidang dan seksi keuangan sebanyak 57 di kantor kabupaten Magelang, dan data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angket), sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemahaman Sistem Akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan, sedangkan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan, serta Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan.Kata kunci : Pemahaman sistem akuntansi, teknologi informasi, kompetensi, kualitas laporan keuangan daerahAbstractThis study aimed to examine the effect of several variables such as understanding of accounting systems, utilization of information technology, human resource competence on the quality of regional financial reports. The population in this study was the head of the financial sector and section at the Magelang district office, and the data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires), while the data processing method used by the researcher was multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the understanding of accounting systems had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, while the utilization of information technology had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, and the competence of human resources had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements.Keywords: Understanding of accounting systems, information technology, competence, quality of regional financial reports

AbstractThe purpose of research is to determine the characteristics of the accounting information that is relevant, reliable, complete, timely, understandable,verifiable and decentralization on manajerial performance at the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Central Java Province. The population in this research was Head of Section at the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Central Java Province totaling 31 people, which is taken entirely as a sample or said as population research (census). The data used in this research are primary data using quetionnaire method. Analysis of data using multiple linier regression analysis.The result showed that the characteristics of the accounting information that is relevant have positive and significant impact on managerial performance at the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Central Java Province. Upah minimum memegang peranan penting khususnya pada pekerja/buruh dan pengusaha, pemerintah sendiri juga telah ikut serta dalam menangani masalah upah, salah satunya yang telah ditetapkan oleh Gubernur No. 560 Tahun 2017 tentang Ketetapan Upah Minimum pada 35 Kota/Kabupaten di Jawa Tengah dengan UMK tertinggi ditempati oleh semarang sebesar Rp. 2.310.087 akan tetapi hal tersebut tidak membuat pekerja/buruh di kota Semarang puas akan kebijakan dari gubernur,oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut pekerja sebaiknya mengetahui mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi,baik itu faktor yang pendukung atau penghambat dan cara melindungi pekerja/buruh tersebut. Berdasarkan dari pembahasan didapat faktor penghambat antara lain rendahnya aktivitas ekonomi, tingginya angka pengangguran dan biaya operasional yang tinggi sedangkan untuk faktor pendukung antara lain adanya kerjasama antara dinasker dan perusahaan, penetapan UMK oleh Gubernur,dsb. Untuk perlindungan pekerja terhadap pemberlakuan UMK antara lain perlindungan terhadap pekerja wanita, tunjangan, dan kewajaran upah.Kata kunci: Upah Minimum, KHLMinimum wage plays an important role especially for workers / laborers and employers, the government itself has also participated in handling wage issues, one of which has been determined by the Governor. 560 Year 2017 on the Minimum Wages Provision in 35 Cities / Regencies in Central Java with the highest MSE is occupied by Semarang Rp. 2.310.087 but it does not make the workers / laborers in the city of Semarang satisfied with the policy of the governor, therefore to overcome the problem workers should know about the factors that affect, whether the supporting factors or obstacles and how to protect the workers . Based on the discussion, the inhibiting factors are low economic activity, high unemployment rate and high operational cost, while for supporting factors such as cooperation between dinasker and company, determination of MSE by Governor, For the protection of workers against the implementation of MSEs, among others, protection of women workers, benefits, and fairness of wages.Keywords: Labor, Minimum Wage, KHL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari LDR,GCG,ROA, serta CAR terhadap Harrga Saham pada Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014-2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014-2018, namun setelah dilakukan seleksi menggunakan purposive sampling pada populasi maka terdapat 24 perusahaan Perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI 2014-2018 yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LDR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Perbankan. GCG berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Perbankan. ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Perbankan. CAR berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Perbankan.Kata Kunci : LDR,GCG,ROA,CAR, Harga Saham.

Perkembangan persaingan global yang semakin cepat dan dinamis dengan masuknya produk-produk global yang inovatif ke pasaran disatu sisi, dan kondisi pasar yang jenuh untuk produk-produk tertentu disisi lain, menjadi tantangan manajerial yang tidak ringan bagi pengelolaan loyalitas pelanggan untuk tetap eksis dalam bisnis yang digelutinya. Tujuan studi ini bagaimana peran kepercayaan pelanggan, komitmen pelanggan maupun kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dalam konteks pemasaran jasa retail khususnya. Dengan menggunakan accidental sampling dan alat analisis regresi didapat hasil bahwa variable kepercayaan pelanggan, komitmen pelanggan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positifdalam penciptaan maupun menjaga loyalitas pelanggan pada pasar sawalayan ADA Siliwangi di Semarang. Kepercayaan pelanggan dapat menciptakan menciptakan komitmen pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. This study is to establish how the role of customer trust, customer commitment and service quality on customer loyalty in the context of retail marketing services in particular. By using the accidental sampling and regression analysis result that variable customer trust, customer commitment and service quality positifdalam creation andmaintaining customer loyalty in the market sawalayan Siliwangi ADA in Semarang. Assessment to these three variables as the fundamental reason that the creation of good customer confidence that will create customer commitment to the company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan manajemen puncak (X1), pemanfaatan teknologi informasi (X2) dan pengalaman kerja (X3) terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi (Y). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 karyawan KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Wilayah Semarang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh (sensus). Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari pembagian kuesioner kepada karyawan KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Wilayah Semarang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan manajemen puncak (X1), pemanfaatan teknologi informasi (X2) dan pengalaman kerja (X3) signifikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi (Y).This study aims to determine the effect of top management support (X1), utilization of information technology (X2) and work experience (X3) on the effectiveness of accounting information systems (Y). The population used in this study were 47 KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera employees in the Semarang area. The sampling method used is saturated sample (census). The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Semarang Region employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software. The results showed that top management support (X1), utilization of information technology (X2) and work experience (X3) were significant for increasing the effectiveness of accounting information systems (Y).

Pumpkin contains nutrients that are complete enough with carbohydrates, protein, some minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins are vitamin B and C and fiber. Yellow or orange flesh indicated very high carotenoid content and had potential to be processed into one kind of food product frozen french fries. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum concentration of CaCl2 to produce french fries pumpkins. The study design was completely randomized with 4 treatments CaCl2 concentration, 0%, 0.5%, 1% and 1.5%. The test was done on the physical properties of texture and color, and organoleptic properties include taste, color and aroma. The results showed that the use of a solution of 1% and 1.5 CaCl2 generate texture higher than 0.5% CaCl2; The highest brightness and color value in the treatment without the addition of CaCl2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel mediasi kepuasan konsumen pada hubungan antara bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Populasi dan sampel yang diambil adalah 105 siswa pada sekolah model LPK Susana Modelling School, Jl. Kelud Raya 34 A, Semarang sampai bulan Desember 2012. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Bukti fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Bukti fisik berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap loyalitas konsumen tanpa melalui kepuasan konsumen 2) Keandalan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Keandalan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen. 3) Daya tanggap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Daya tanggap berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen. 4) Jaminan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Jaminan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen. 5) Empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Empati berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas konsumen tanpa melalui kepuasan konsumen. 6) Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.Kata Kunci: bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, kepuasan konsumen, loyalitas konsumenThis research aimed to analyze influence oftangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to customer loyalty. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kondisi existing internal dan eskternal serta menetapkan strategi revitalisasi yang tepat pada KUD Pringgodani Kabupaten Demak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan documentary, pendekatan analisis dengan menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian : Kondisi KUD Pringgodani dari faktor internal mempunyai kekuatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelemahan-kelemahan yang ada. Sama halnya dengan kondisi existing faktor eksternal, mempunyai peluang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan ancaman. Strategi revitalisasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh KUD Pringgodani dengan cara rapid growth, turn arround, conglomerate, dan aggresive maintenance. Rekomendasi : Melakukan diversifikasi sarana produksi pertanian khususnya pengadaan pupuk, dengan mencari produk substitusi atas produk yang sekarang langka atau memiliki supply yang sangat terbatas. Membentuk portofolio investasi, melikuidasi aset yang tidak/kurang produktif, yang selanjutnya untuk dialihkan ke investasi yang memiliki prospek baik, serta menjalin kemitraan dengan pihak lain khususnya lintas KUD. Kata Kunci : revitalisasi, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats.AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the existing internal and external conditions and to determine the right revitalization strategy at Pringgodani KUD, Demak Regency. The research method used a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews and documentary, analysis approach using SWOT. Result: The condition of KUD Pringgodani based on internal factors has a higher strength than the existing weaknesses. As with the existing conditions, external factors have a higher chance than threats. The revitalization strategy that can be carried out by Pringgodani KUD is by means of rapid growth, turnaround, conglomerate, and aggressive maintenance. Recommendation: Diversify agricultural production facilities, especially the procurement of fertilizers, by looking for substitute products for products that are now scarce or have very limited supply. Forming investment portfolios, liquidating assets that are not / less productive, which are subsequently transferred to investments with good prospects, as well as forging partnerships with other parties, especially across KUDs.Keywords: revitalitation, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats

Pembatasan gerakan masyarakat di tengah pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan ekonomi tertekan sehingga masyarakat menahan belanjanya. Sektor UMKM mengalami dampak parah kemerosotan pendapatan dan omset. Ditemukan beberapa temuan sektor yang justru meraih keuntungan selama masa pandemi yakni sektor-sektor yang menerapkan pemasaran berbasis online menggunakan media sosial untuk tetap bisa berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat dan meningkatkan pemasaran kepada konsumen. Instagram menjadi salah satu pilihan platform media sosial yang banyak digunakan masyarakat Indonesia. Hal tersebut dipandang menjadi peluang baik bagi UKM Heyho Barbeque yang bergerak dalam penyedia jasa kuliner untuk menjalankan strategi pemasaran online menggunakan media sosial Instagram dengan menyajikan konten pemasaran yang kreatif dan menarik bagi calon pembeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari hubungan antara social media marketing content, brand awareness, yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dan niat beli konsumen di masa Covid-19. Metode non random sampling dengan kuota menggunakan kuesioner, jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 responden mendasarkan skala Likert 7 poin. PLS digunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa social media marketing content berhubungan positif dengan customer behaviour dan niat beli konsumen di masa pandemi COVID-19. Restrictions on people’s movement in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic have caused the economy to be depressed so that people hold back their spending. The MSME sector was severely impacted by the decline in revenue and turnover. Several findings were found in these sectors that actually benefited during the pandemic, namely sectors that implemented online-based using social media to keep in touch with the public and increase marketing to consumers. Instagram was one of the social media platform choices that widely used by Indonesian people. This was seen as a good opportunity by Heyho Barbeque, as a MSME, to engage in culinary service provider for online marketing strategies by presenting creative and attractive contents in Instagram to get potential buyers. The research was to analyze the relationship between social media marketing content, brand awareness, which influenced consumer behavior and consumer purchase intentions in the post-Covid-19. The non-random sampling method with quotas uses a questionnaire, the samples is 76 respondents based on a 7-point Likert scale. PLS used to test the statistical significance of the path coefficients. The results found that social media marketing content was positively related to customer behavior and consumer purchase intentions in the pandemic situation.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara(ASN) pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah.Populasi penelitian ASN sebanyak 126 orang dan diambil sebagai sampel sejumlah 120 responden. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 22 dengan pendekatan structural equation modeling (SEM).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat hipotesis diterima dan satu hiotesis ditolak: (1) hipotesis pertama diterima, kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (2) hipotesis kedua ditolak, karakteristik pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja ; (3) hipotesis ketiga diterima, kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja; (4) hipotesis keempat diterima, karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja; dan (5) hipotesis kelima diterima, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerjaThe purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of quality of work life, job characteristics, and job satisfaction on performance of National Civil Apparatus (ASN) at Sekretariat Daerah Regency of Jepara, Central Java. ASN research population as many as 126 people and taken as a sample of 120 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS program version 22 with structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed four accepted hypothesis and one hiotesis rejected: (1) first hypothesis accepted, quality of work life have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; (2) the second hypothesis is rejected, job characteristics have no significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) third hypothesis accepted, quality of work life have a significant positive effect on performance; (4) fourth hypothesis accepted, job characteristics have a significant positive effect on performance; and (5) the fifth hypothesis accepted, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance.

The population in this research were all consumers who bought products from Rifa Culinary in Kendal from November 2017 to January 2018. The sample used was 90 people using non random sampling. The sampling technique uses quota sampling, purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with intervening ( Path analysis ). The results of the research show that there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction, there is an influence of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty and there is an influence of product quality on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Key words : Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, dan Earning Per Share Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017 sebanyak 43 perusahaan. Dari 43 perusahaan tersebut sebanyak 35 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Komisaris independen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Komite audit berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan EPS (Earning Per Share) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata Kunci : intellectual capital, good corporate governance, earning per share, dan nilai perusahaan AbstractThis research aims to know the influence of Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, and Earning Per Share Of the company. Kegunaan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality terhadap satisfaction pada pengguna Go-Car di Kota Semarang; untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality terhadap e-loyality pada pengguna Go-Car di Kota Semarang; untuk menganalisis pengaruh satisfaction terhadap e-loyality pada pengguna Go-Car di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini mendapatkan 100 orang responden pengguna Go-Car sebagai sampel penelitian, hasil tanggapan mereka dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis pertama yang mengatakan bahwa variabel e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap satisfaction dapat diterima, artinya apabila e-service quality meningkat, maka satisfaction juga akan meningkat. Hipotesis kedua yang mengatakan bahwa variabel e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyality dapat diterima, artinya apabila e-service quality meningkat, maka e-loyality juga akan meningkat pula. Hipotesis ketiga mengatakan bahwa variabel satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyality dapat diterima, artinya apabila satisfaction meningkat, maka e-loyality akan meningkat.The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of e-service quality on satisfaction for Go-Car users in Semarang City; to analyze the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty of Go-Car users in Semarang City; to analyze the effect of satisfaction on e-loyalty on Go-Car users in Semarang City. This study obtained 100 respondents using Go-Car as the research sample, the results of their responses were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The first hypothesis which says that the e-service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction is acceptable, meaning that if e-service quality increases, satisfaction will also increase. The second hypothesis which says that the variable e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty is acceptable, meaning that if e-service quality increases, e-loyalty will also increase. The third hypothesis says that the satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on acceptable e-loyalty, meaning that if satisfaction increases, e-loyalty will increase.Keywords E-Service Quality, Satisfaction, E-Loyality, Go-Car Users

With the rising status of the community's economy, ease of communication and increasing knowledge about health causes people demand better quality health care, both in terms of attitude and behavior of officers. In accordance with Undang-Undang No. 77 |Tahun 2015 Tentang Pedoman Organisasi Rumah Sakit (Guidelines for the Organization's Hospital), the hospital must perform some functions which aims to realize a hospital organization that is effective, efficient, and accountable in order to achieve the vision and mission of the hospital in accordance with the Good Corporate Governance and Good Clinical Governance. In connection with the above description, researchers interested in conducting research titled "Influence of Pharmaceutical Officer Performance Against Drugs Service Satisfaction Level on Hospital Outpatient dr.R.Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi". The formulation of the problem in this research is "Is There a clerk Performance Influence Satisfaction Against Pharmaceutical Drug Outpatient Services in dr. R. Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi? ". The type of research used in this study is explanatory type one. The main instrument in this study were respondents consisting of all visitors Outpatient Pharmacy dr. R. Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi visiting at the time of study cunducted (50 respondents). Locus of the study is dr.Soedjati Soemodiardjo Hospital Purwodadi Grobogan. This study focused on the effect of worker performance and satisfaction levels outpatient drug services. Data collection techniques by observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature. Data processing techniques include: editing, coding, and tabulating, To complement the quantitative analysis used qualitative analysis with percentage analysis measurement scale formula. Value = (Score achieved) / (Score expected) × 100%, with the result of the value for the variable X = 70.8% included in the interval 50% - 74.99%, so as to be in the medium category. While the variable Y with the results of value = 71.1% is in the interval 50% - 74.99%, resulting in medium category. As well as testing the hypothesis by using Product Moment Correlation to the relationship variables X and Y obtained price r xy = 0.62, N = 50 Γtable with the significant level of 5% value was 0.273. Thus it can be argued that the value Γobtained is greater than the Γtable (0.62>0.273), so that the statement "There is Influence Officer Performance Against Pharmaceutical Drug Services Patient Satisfaction in Outpatient Hospital Pharmacy dr.R.Soedjati Soemodiarjo Purwodadi" is ACCEPTED. Suggestions can be submitted by researchers are the addition of patient waiting chairs, waiting room cooling equipment, their training for pharmacist, and doctor's clock settings

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alternatif upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas IV Tegal melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai. Untuk keperluan tersebut dilakukan analisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja , terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas IV Tegal sebanyak 44 pegawai dan sekaligus dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda.Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Uji T dan Uji Mediasi.Hasil penelitian mwnunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan berperhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata kunci : kompensasi, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai AbstractThis study aims to find out the alternative efforts to improve the performance of the employees of the Class IV Port Authority and Harbormaster Office through employee job satisfaction. For this purpose an analysis of the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction is carried out on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees of the Tegal Class IV Port Authority and Port Authority and Authority as many as 44 employees and at the same time used as research samples. Sample determination technique uses saturated sampling or census. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The hypothesis test used is the T Test and Mediation Test. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance employee.Keywords: compensation, motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of each servant leadership variable, career development, organizational commitment, capabilities, and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Kreasi Indah Busana Semarang. The population in this study all employees of PT. Kreasi Indah Busana Semarang, amounting to 461 people, while the sample size used was 82 respondents. The sampling technique is done by random sampling, especially using simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the linear regression equation shows that servant leadership, career development, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination results obtained a value of 0.798, meaning that the servant leadership variable, career development, and organizational commitment can explain variations in employee performance variables of 79.8%. Hypothesis test results using the statistical test t obtained that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Capabilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Dengan berlakunya Undang – undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang Administasi Kependudukan dengan tujuan untuk mewujudnya tertib administrasi kependudukan dalam sekala Nasional dan menjamin kepastian hukum hak sipil penduduk, juga untuk kepentingan program – program pembangunan Nasional, sehingga diperlukan pemutakhiran data kependudukan, penerbitan Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) dan penerapan e-KTP.KTP Elektronik adalah dokumen kependudukan yang memuat sistem keamanan / pengendalian baik dari sisi administrasi ataupun teknologi informasi dengan berbasis pada database kependudukan nasional. Dengan tujuan untuk mewujudkan kepemilikan satu identitas (KTP) untuk satu penduduk yang memiliki kode keamanan dan rekaman elektronik data kependudukan berbasis NIK secara Nasional. Red ginger, syrup, ginger extraction
Red ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe var. Rubrum) is a tropical plant that is easy to grow in Indonesia. One of the beneficial properties containing oleoresin is to cure colds and boost immunity. Diversification of processed red ginger syrup product is expected to increase the added value. Red ginger syrup is a refreshing drink that is processed with the addition of sugar into the porridge red ginger. This study aims to determine the characteristic of the red ginger syrup produced from three types of processing to test the properties of the chemical properties, physical properties and determine the level of acceptance A-panelists on red ginger syrup. This research has been carried out in the laboratory of Faculty of Agricultural Technology of 17 Agustus 1945 University Semarang. The study design used is RAK (Random Group) with 3 treatment (PA= with three treatments and three replications. The treatments were performed in this study were treated with extraction (PA = extraction precipitation three times, PB = extraction and precipitation one time PC = extraction without precipitation). The results of the data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Treatment precipitation extraction three times (PA), extraction precipitation of one times (PB) and extraction without precipitatin (PC) to produce a total value of pH, total acid titration, total sugar brix, water content and the highest antioxidant activity, respectively amounted to 6,33 %, 1,681 %, 56,67 brix, 40,24 % and 72,02 %. While the value of total dissolved solids and high viscosity that is equal to 44,67 mg/L and 104,78 mPa.s. The results of the sensory test analysis favored red ginger syrup is a favorite flavor = 5,73 (rather preffered), aroma= 5,76 (rather preffered) and color= 5,73 (rather preffered).

The research is tested the influence of discipline and motivations independent variables to performances indipendent variable. The research takes it sample about 167 of 323 people in social office of Central Java consist of sub administration division 24 people, sub social protection division 30 people, sub social development division 27 people, sub social rehabilitation division 33 people, sub social assurance assistance division 34 people, sub chief of human resource development 10 people and sub chief finance 9 people and interviewing 5 chief division and 2 chief officers. The sample was drawn by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Method, even though collecting data used likert method, it’s mean perception scale is distribution responding and it is a basic of determining value’s scale, that is five (5) ordinary scale category. The analysis technique uses instrument test (validity test and reliability test) to test the quality and consistency of measurement tools, model test / classic assumption test (multikolinearity test, heterokedastisity test and normality test) to fulfill the conditions that the equation of regression model can be accepted. Regression analysis and determination coefficient by SPSS version 11.5 is used to acknowledge the effect change of an independent variable and to notice contribution of independent variable to explain dependent variable. The result of validity test explains that (a) all variables are reliable (b) all indicators are valid (c) it doesn’t occur of classic assumption and (d) combination of two variables discipline and motivation is influenced on officers performance in Social Office Central Java Province. Studi ini meneliti pengaruh Pelatihan dan komitmen pada tujuan terhadap kinerja pengusaha UMKM, responden penelitian ini pengusaha UMKM mebel di Jepara, dengan populasi sebesar 98 UMKM mebel, dari 98 kuesioner yang disampaikan, diterima kembali dan diisi lengkap sebanyak 97 kuesioner, data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan model analisis Statistik Deskriptif dan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis akhir diperoleh bahwa Pelatihan dan komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pengusaha UMKM, sedangkan bahwa kinerja pengusaha dipengaruhi Pelatihan dan komitmen pada tujuan. Pada pengukuran pelatihan, dapat dilihat bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap kerja. Kata kunci : Pelatihan,komitmen, pada tujuan, kinerja.

Orientasi pasar adalah kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahan dengan mengembangkan berbagai strategi pemasaran yaitu untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan, dan untuk mencapai tingkat kemampu labaan yang wajar, Zaltman, Duncan dan Nolbele’s ( 1973) inovasi adalah sebagai ide, latihan atau materi yang dirasakan, , yang dapat ditemukan dalam pelajaran organisasi. Kinerja atau performance adalah segala sistem yang berhubungan dengan aktifitas dengan hasil (outcome) yang diperoleh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuktikan bahwa Komimen, orientasi Pasar dan Kemampuan Berinovasi berpengaruh positip pada Kinerja., Manfaat dalam penelitian yaitu menemukan bukti empiris yang menunjukkan Komitman, Orientasi Pasar dan Kemampuan Berinovasi mempengaruhi kinerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini, adalah pengurus Koperasi Syariah dikota Semarang. sebesar 11 . Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini tidak dipergunakan . karena jumlah koperasi Syariah yang terbatas. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu data primer , karena yang diteliti adalah pengurus koperasi syariah,. Model penelitian ini adalah model kausalitas (hubungan/pengaruh sebab akibat) sehingga untuk menguji alat analisa yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang dioperasikan melalui program AMOS (Analysis of Moment Stucture) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model dalam penelitian ini sudah memenuhi kriteria Goodness of fit dan memenuhi syarat Regresion Weight (Chisqure=73,129, probability=0,102, AGFI=0,860, GFI=0,909, CFI=0,98, TLI=0,973, RMSEA=0,043), berarti orientasi pasar, kemampuan berinoasi dan Komitmen berpengaruh positi terhadap Kinerja koperasi syariah di kota Semarang Kata kunci: Kinerja, Koperasi Syariah, Inovasi, Orientasi Pasar, Komitmen Market orientation is an activity to achieve the goal of the company to develop a variety of marketing strategies is to increase the profitability of the company, and to achieve a level of profitability that is reasonable, Zaltman, Duncan and Nolbele's (1973) innovation is as an idea, practice or material that is perceived, which can be found in organizational learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk portofolio saham yang optimal menggunakan Model Indeks Tunggal berdasarkan saham-saham rekomendasi PT Sucor Sekuritas, mengetahui besarnya proporsi dana yang harus diinvestasikan pada masing-masing saham, serta mengetahui besarnya return realisasi dan risiko dari portofolio optimal saham yang terbentuk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel 11 (sebelas) saham rekomendasi PT Sucor Sekuritas periode Januari – Desember 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 2 (dua) saham penyusun portofolio optimal yaitu saham INDF dan ICBP. Proporsi dana masing-masing saham pembentuk portofolio optimal yaitu saham INDF sebesar 82% dan saham ICBP sebesar 18%. Kedua saham tersebut memiliki return sebesar 0,0638 atau 6,38% dengan risiko portofolio yang akan ditanggung investor atas investasi sebesar 0,00002 atau 0,02%.Kata kunci : portofolio saham optimal, single index model, SekuritasThis study aims to form an optimal stock portfolio using the Single Index Model based on recommended stocks of PT Sucor Sekuritas, determine the proportion of funds that must be invested in each stock, and determine the amount of return realized and risk from the optimal portfolio of stocks formed. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with a sample of 11 (eleven) recommended shares of PT Sucor Sekuritas for the period January - December 2022. The results showed that there were 2 (two) stocks that make up the optimal portfolio, namely INDF and ICBP shares. The proportion of funds for each stock forming an optimal portfolio is INDF shares of 82% and ICBP shares of 18%. The two stocks have a return of 0.0638 or 6.38% with a portfolio risk that will be borne by investors on investment of 0.00002 or 0.02%.Keywords: optimal stock portfolio, single index model, Securities

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan, kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) Cabang Utama Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) Cabang Utama Semarang yaitu sebesar 299 pelanggan. Jadi jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah sebanyak 75 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah stratified random sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesisBerdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan ; Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan hal ini ditunjukkan t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu sebesar 2,365 > 1,666 atau sign t-hitung (0,021) < a=0,05, dengan semakin meningkat kepuasan pelanggan maka semakin meningkat loyalitas pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan hal ini ditunjukkan t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu sebesar 4,826> 1,666 atau sign t-hitung (0,000) < a=0,05, dengan semakin meningkat kepuasan pelanggan maka semakin meningkat loyalitas pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan hal ini ditunjukkan t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu sebesar 2,785 > 1,666 atau sign t-hitung (0,007) < a=0,05, dengan semakin meningkat kepuasan pelanggan maka semakin meningkat loyalitas pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan, kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan hal ini ditunjukkan F-hitung lebih besar dari F-tabel yaitu sebesar 42,930 > 2,734 atau sign F-hitung (0,000) < a=0,05 dengan semakin meningkat kepuasan, kepercayaan dan komitmen maka semakin meningkat loyalitas pelangganThis study aims to determine the influence of satisfaction, trust and commitment on customer loyalty at PT. AbstraksiPenelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Analisis Rasio Keuangan, Rasio Pasar Dan Kebijakan Deviden Terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Kelompok Saham LQ-45 di BEI).Sampel yang digunakan adalah 20 perusahaan yang sahamnya konsisten terdaftar dalam kelompok saham LQ-45 selama 3 periode penelitian mulai 2009-2011.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio dan Devidend Payout Ratio (Kebijakan Deviden) sebagai variabel independen terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan Kelompok Saham LQ-45 di BEI sebagai variabel dependen.Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio dan Devident Payout Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan variabel Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio dan Devident Payout Ratio yang dimiliki Perusahaan pada Kelompok Saham LQ-45 maka harga sahamnya pun semakin tinggi. Sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan dan mempunyai hubungan negatif terhadap harga saham.Kata kunci : Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio, Devidend Payout Ratio, Harga Saham. AbstractionThis study entitled Effect of Financial Ratio Analysis, Market Ratio and Dividend Policy on Stock Prices (Empirical Study on LQ-45 Stock Group Companies on the IDX). The sample used is 20 companies whose shares are consistently registered in the LQ-45 stock group for 3 study periods from 2009-2011. Data analysis methods used in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio and Devidend Payout Ratio as independent variables on stock prices in LQ-45 Stock Group Companies on the IDX as the dependent variable.The results of this study state that the Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio and Devident Payout Ratio partially have a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices, while the Debt to Equity Ratio variable does not affect the Stock Price.Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the higher the Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio and the Devident Payout Ratio that the Company has on the LQ-45 Stock Group, the higher the stock price. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Dan Leverage Terhadap Penghindaran Pajak pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2018 setelah dilakukan seleksi pada populasi, terdapat 30 perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS.Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2018.Kata kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), leverage, penghindaran pajak.This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Leverage Against Tax Avoidance in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were 46 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018 after selection of the population, there were 30 companies used as samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.The results of this study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and leverage have a positive effect on tax avoidance on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), leverage, tax avoidance.

Data processing has been grown rapidly, from the manual data processing into the computer- based data processing which is know as Personal Computing. This would make all the data processing more effective and efficient. However, not all individuals can obtain the advantages and accept the existence of computer since the factors that affecting the attitude of the user also determine the computer’s usefulness. The main objective of this study is to examine empirically factors influencing the employer attitude in using the computer for data processing. Primary data gathered from the firm’s employees that were familiar with the use of computer. Data were collected and distributed by contact person, to the 106 respondents in Industrial area of Terboyo. This study found the presence of support in some hypotheses which are social factot long-term consequences and facilitating condition and their effect on computer utilization. Nevertheless, affect, complexity and job fit do not affect computer’s utilization. Stimultaneously, independent variables affect the computer’s utilization of manager.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen pada UMKM di Kabupaten Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM Kabupaten sebanyak 4.957 UMKM Kabupaten Kendal. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden sebagai pengelola UMKM.Model kerangka teori yang telah dibuat menunjukkan adanya variabel intervening, yaitu untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diajukan, analisis regresi berganda digunakan bersama-sama dengan model intervening (mediasi). Gozali (2009) menjelaskan, path analysis (analisa jalur) digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel intervening.Hasil penelitian ini adalah jenjang pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen pada UMKM Kabupaten Kendal. Skala usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen pada UMKM Kabupaten Kendal. The sample in this study was 100 respondents as MSME managers.The theoretical framework model that has been created shows the existence of intervening variables, namely to test the proposed hypothesis, multiple regression analysis is used together with the intervening model (mediation). Gozali (2009) explains that path analysis is used to test the effect of intervening variables.The results of this study were the level of education had a positive and significant effect on the use of management accounting information systems in SMEs in Kendal Regency. Business scale had a positive and significant effect on the use of management accounting information systems in SMEs in Kendal Regency. Perkawinan di bawah umur sudah sejak lama dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Indonesia terutama pada masyarakat pedesaan yang dikategorikan belum maju tingkat pendidikannya, ekonominya ataupun karena tradisi keadaan masyarakat setempat. Dari perspektif Undang-Undang Perkawinan, hal ini jelas bertentangan dengan ketentuan Pasal 7 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 yang mengatur tentang batas usia perkawinan 19 tahun bagi pria dan 16 tahun bagi wanita, dan bertentangan dengan tujuan perkawinan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974, yaitu pada bunyi kalimat terakhir yang mengatakan bahwa tujuan perkawinan adalah membentuk keluarga yang kekal berdasarkan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 secara prinsip mengatur bahwa calon suami isteri itu harus telah masak jiwa raganya untuk dapat melangsungkan perkawinan agar dapat mewujudkan tujuan perkawinan secara baik tanpa berakhir dengan perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh return on asset, ukuran perusahaan, dividend payout ratio dan debt to equity ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang konsisten tergabung dalam Indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI periode Februari 2007 – Januari 2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan yang konsisten tergabung dalam indeks LQ 45 selama periode penelitian sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa ringkasan kinerja perusahaan tercatat. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi data panel dengan pendekatan common effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return on equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan (size) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan dividend payout ratio berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci : return on assets ratio, ukuran perusahaan, dividend payout ratio, debt to equity ratio, nilai perusahaan.This study aims to examine the effect of return on assets, firm size, dividend payout ratio and debt to equity ratio on firm value in companies that are consistently incorporated in the LQ45 Index listed on the IDX for the period February 2007 - January 2017. The population of this study are companies which are consistently incorporated in the LQ 45 index during the study period of 10 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of a summary of the performance of listed companies. The data analysis tool used is panel data regression with a common effect approach.The results showed that return on equity had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, the size of the company (size) had a negative and significant effect on the value of the company, while the dividend payout ratio had a negative effect not significant on firm value, and the debt to equity ratio had a positive and not significant effect on the value of the company.Keywords: return on assets, company size, dividend payout ratio, debt to equity ratio, company value.

This study aims to determine the influence of internal control systems, suitability of compensation, morality of management to the tendency of accounting fraud at PT. Union Logistics Indonesia. The tests were conducted at head office and 7 branch offices. This study used questionnaires with respondents consisting of managerial and finance section of 42 respondents.The results showed that the internal control system has a negative and significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. Suitability of compensation has a negative and significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. Morality of management has an effect on negatively and significantly to the tendency of accounting fraud.Keywords: Internal control system, suitability of compensation, morality of management, tendency of accounting fraud.

This research was motivated by the company increasing competition in the mobile phone operator in Indonesia. This affects the Prime XL card sales which fluctuated during the years 2016-2018.This study was conducted to determine how to analyze the influence of the brand influence impulse buying prepaid cards XL in Semarang. In this study the authors used below the line and positive emotions as independent variables to be studied how they affect impulse buying. This study using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population is XL event at Superindo Candi in Semarang where the amount is not known for certain. The sample used as many as 100 people with engineering sample selection of non-probability sampling using accidental sampling. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data obtained in multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing t test results showed that each - each variable below the line and positive emotions partially influence and significant to the variable impulse buying. AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the accounting records and then perform the design of information systems related to Sales, Accounts Receivable and Cash Receipts on UD.Praktis in Magetan, East Java. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and design that uses an object-oriented approach he designed the Accounting Information Systems Sales, Accounts Receivable and Cash Receipts are expected to be useful for the management of the company as the provision of information that is easier and more complete.Research results show that UD.Praktis a commercial enterprise engaged in the craft of skin that have some problems, namely: The information technology is not maximized as accounting records that are still manual, not the part that handles the collection of accounts receivable, still the geminating task in which part of the succession interfere in another part task. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi audit delay pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indek LQ-45 yang tercatat di bursa efek Indonesia periode februari 2012 – januari 2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang sahamnya konsisten tergabung dalam indeks LQ 45 dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode februari 2012 – januari 2017 sebanyak 24 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi data panel dengan random effect model.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap audit delay, sedangkan profitabilitas, ukuran kantor akuntan publik dan opini auditor berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap audit delay. Kata Kunci : audit delay, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, ukurann akuntan publik , opini auditor.This study aims to examine the factors that affect audit delay in companies incorporated in the LQ-45 index listed on the Indonesian stock exchange period February 2012 - januari 2017. The population of this study are all companies whose shares are consistently incorporated in the LQ 45 index and listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period February 2012 - januari 2017 as many as 24 companies. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial statements. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is panel data regression with random effect model.The result of hypothesis test shows that firm size has negative and significant effect on audit delay, while profitability, size of public accountant office and auditor opinion have negative effect not significant to audit delay.Keywords: audit delay, firm size, profitability, public accountant size, auditor's opinion.

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) on Capital Expenditures in Districts / Cities in Central Java, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study is the District / City Government Financial Statements in Central Java. This study uses secondary data in the form of Budget Realization Reports (LRA) of 34 districts / cities in Central Java for the 2017-2018 fiscal year. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression with t test. The results showed that PAD, DAK and DBH had a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure, while DAU had a negative and insignificant effect on capital expenditure. Simultaneously the variables PAD, DAU, DAK, and DBH affect capital expenditure. Regional governments are expected to pay more attention to the proportion of DAU allocated to the capital expenditure budget.keywords General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Revenue Sharing Fund

Kelembagaan merupakan suatu proses dan interaksi masyarakat yang melibatkan organisasi sebagai pelaksananya untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Tujuan kelembagaan PNPM-MP di Kota Semarang adalah untuk mengefektifkan pelaksanaan program penanggulangan kemiskinan. Salah satu masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kelembagaan PNPM-MP di Kota Semarang dalam penanggulangan kemiskinan. Tujuan penelitian ini melakukan deskripsi dan analisis kelembagaan PNPM-MP di Kota Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif fenomenologis. Metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, FGD dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif, yaitu teknik analisis yang merupakan siklus integral antara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penampilan data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Variabel utama untuk mengkaji kelembagaan PNPM-MP adalah kepemimpinan, doktrin, program, sumber daya, struktur internal Kesimpulan penelitian, kelembagaan PNPM-MP pada tingkat kelurahan dan basis (BKM/KSM) belum efektif pada ikatan horizontal maupun vertikal dan masih dianggap sebagai produk program serta belum melembaga dalam penanggulangan kemiskinan. Kata Kunci : Tujuan kelembagaan, Badan Keswadayaan Masyarakat (BKM), Penanggulangan kemiskinan, Variabel, Produk program.. Institutional is a process of community interaction that involves the organization to do the job to achieve a common goal. Institutional objectives PNPM-MP in Semarang is to streamline the implementation of poverty reduction programs. One of the problems in this research is how institutional PNPM-MP in Semarang in poverty reduction. The purpose of this research is to conduct a description and analysis of institutional PNPM-MP in Semarang. The research approach used is qualitative phenomenological. Methods of data collection are interviews, observation, focus group discussions and documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model, which is a technique that analyzes the integral cycle of data collection, data reduction, data and conclusions appearance. The main variables to assess institutional PNPM-MP is leadership, doctrine, programs, resources, internal structure conclusion, institutional PNPM-MP at the village level and base (BKM / KSM). The result shows PNPM-MP has not been effective in the horizontal and vertical bond and is still regarded as a program product and has not been institutionalized in poverty reduction.
