PERCEPATAN IMPLEMENTASI REFORMASI BIROKRASI DI PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN/KOTA PERIODE TAHUN 2020 - 2024

Abstract

The implementation of bureaucratic reform within regional governments, both at

the provincial and regency / city levels, is intended to develop adaptive regional governance.  The  targets  to  be  achieved  are  the  creation  of  a  clean  and accountable bureaucracy; effective and efficient bureaucracy and bureaucracy that  has  quality  public  services.  The  implementation  of  bureaucratic  reform policies  until  2019  entering  the  third  phase  period  2020-2024  has  not  been optimal, so with Permenpan RB Number 25 of 2020 it is hoped that the results will get better in the future.

Abstrak

Pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah, baik provinsi maupun kabupaten/kota dimaksudkan mengembangkan tata pemerintahan daerah yang adaptif. Sasaran yang hendak dicapai  adalah mewujudnya birokrasi yang bersih  dan  akuntabel;   birokrasi  yang  efektif  dan efisien  dan   birokrasi  yang memiliki pelayanan publik berkualitas.  Pelaksanaan kebijakan reformasi birokrasi sampai dengan tahun 2019 memasuki periode tahap ketiga tahun 2020 – 2024 belum optimal, maka dengan  Permenpan RB Nomor 25 tahun 2020 diharapkan makin baik hasilnya di kemudian hari.
