Pola pemilihan kepala daerah yang membutuhkan banyak biaya membuat titik rawan terhadap darurat politik uang yang menjadi awal tumbuhnya korupsi, oleh karena itu semua komponen yang terkait dengan relatet yang kompeten dalam pemilihan kepala daerah harus menyiapkan kandidat dengan yang terbaik itu adalah nominasi yang diajukan dari partai atau partai koalisi dan kader independen yang memiliki kredibilitas dan integritas tinggi dan memiliki rekam jejak yang baik memenuhi harapan masyarakat pemilih. Di tangan pendidikan politik perlu diberikan kepada masyarakat pemilih sehingga masyarakat memahami kepala daerah dengan tidak menjual suara dengan uang, dan memilih menurut hati nurani bukan karena memberi. Biaya politik menjadi tinggi ketika seorang tokoh yang dinominasikan kurang berakar, kurang dikenal dan kurang terlibat dalam masyarakat

ABSTRACT

The pattern of election of regional  heads that require a lot of cost to make the point of prone to the emergency of money politic which become the beginning of the growth of corruption, therefore all components associated with relatet competent in the election of regional heads should prepare candidates with the best it namely nominees proposed from party or party coalition  and independent cadres who have high credibility and integrity and have a good track record meet the expectation  of the voting community. On the hand political  education needs to be given to the voting community so that people understand the regional head  by not selling the vote with money, and choosing according to conscience not because of giving. Political  cost become high when a nominated figure is less rooted, less known and less involved in the community
