Manajemen dimulai dari (1) cara memperoleh, dan (2) cara menggunakan otoritas itu untuk mencapai kebahagiaan bangsa dan negara. Tetapi dalam kehidupan nyata kebangsaan, yang paling menonjol adalah perjuangan untuk otoritas / kekuasaan / kekuasaan untuk memperkaya diri, keluarga, kerabat dan kelompok mereka, sehingga yang lebih terkenal adalah praktek politik kotor. Namun, tidak semua peserta didik maupun pendidik memiliki kemampuan untuk mengakses platform pembelajaran daring secara optimal.. 	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">AbstrakSalah satu yang memiliki peran ganda di dalam studi kasus penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita yang berkarir di dunia perbankan. Konflik peran ganda terjadi ketika salah satu dari peran yang dijalani menuntut waktu, tenaga dan perhatian lebih sehingga peran lain menjadi terganggu. Konflik peran ganda merupakan salah satu stressor kerja bagi seorang wanita yang bekerja. Seseorang yang mengemban dua peran, rawan mengalami stres kerja karena intensitas peran ganda Â yangÂ  tinggi Â dari Â seorangÂ  wanita Â yang Â bekerja Â dapat Â menyebabkan penurunan terhadap kinerjanya karena wanita yang bekerja akan lebih cenderung mengalamiÂ  depresi, Â peningkatan Â keluhan Â fisik,Â  tingkat Â energi Â yangÂ  rendah sehingga menyebabkan peningkatan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara konflik peran ganda terhadap stres kerja karyawan wanita PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk Area Yogyakarta.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitaif non eksperimental dengan deskripsi korelasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling sebanyak 149 sampel. Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner stress kerja dari American Institute of Stress. Korelasi kedua variabel diuji menggunakan uji Spearman Rank.Hasil Â penelitianÂ  menunjukkanÂ  sebagian Â besar Â respondenÂ  mengalami Â tingkat konflik peranÂ  ganda rendahÂ  yaitu sebanyak 119 responden (79,9%). Â Sebagian besar Â responden Â mengalamiÂ  stresÂ  kerja rendah Â yaituÂ  sebanyak Â 135Â  responden (90,6%). Hasil uji statistic dengan menggunakan Spearman Rank didapatkan nilai p value 0,000 (p&amp;lt;0,05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu (+) 0,615. Nilai ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara konflik peran ganda terhadap stress kerja karyawan wanita PT Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk Area Yogyakarta dengan p value 0,000 (p&amp;lt;0,05).Â Kata KunciÂ Â  Â : Konflik peran ganda, Stres Kerja, Karyawati BankÂ AbstractFemale Bank employee someone who has multiple roles. Multiple role conflict occurs when one of the roles undertaken demands more time, effort and attention so that the other roles are disrupted. Multiple role conflict is one of the work stressors for a working woman. Someone who carries out two roles is prone to work stress because the high intensity of the dual role of a woman who works can cause a decrease in her performance because women who work will be more likely to experience depression, increase physical complaints, low energy levels, causing increased stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between dual role conflict and work stress for Bank Mandiri employees in the Area of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.The research method used. In this is quantitative non-experimental with a description of the correlation. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique as many as 149 samples. The questionnaire used is a job stress questionnaire from the American Institute of Stress. The correlation of the two variables was tested using the Spearman Rank test.The results showed that most of the respondents experienced a low level of dual role conflict, as many as 119 respondents (79.9%). Biasanya gaya kepemimpinan yang dimiliki oleh pemimpin ada beberapa yang sering menjadi pola dalam pengambilan keputusan. Seringkali seorang manajer menggunakan dua atau tiga gaya dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kekuatan dan kelemahan pembuat keputusan ditentukan pada Gaya yang digunakan oleh pemimpin atau manajer. Informasi yang sama akan dievaluasi dan diambil keputusannya dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang berbeda. Hal ini membantu menjelaskan mengapa manajer yang berbeda membuat keputusan yang berbeda. Secara keseluruhan, analisis gaya pembuat keputusan berguna dalam memberikan pemikiran mengenai bagaimana menghadapi berbagai gaya pengambilan keputusan. 	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 menyebar ke seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia, akibat pengaruh globalisasi yang didukung oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Mengglobalnya Covid-19 telah membawa dampak pada kehidupan masyarakat, dunia usaha swasta, dan pemerintahan. Dampak pandemi Covid-19, khususnya bagi Birokrasi Pemda berupa munculnya permasalahan adanya kelemahan pada aspek kelembagaan dan perilaku aparatur birokrasi. Namun di samping itu juga terdapat tantangan dan peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik dalam pembuatan kebijakan untuk mengatasi masalah yang muncul pasca pandemi. Dalam konteks tersebut, penanganan pandemi akan dapat diatasi dengan baik jika didukung oleh adanya good governance dan bikrokasi digital. Pendekatan reformasi kelembagaan dan perilaku birokrasi Pemda akan menjadi baik. Pendekatan reformasi kelembagaan Pemda baik perbaikan bentuk dan misi organisasi, regulasi (kebijakan), prosedur, metode, maupun mekanisme kerja pelayanan publik akan menjadikan birokrasi Pemda mampu menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik dalam mengatasi pandemi. Adapun reformasi melalui perbaikan perilaku aparatur birokrasi (ASN) baik melalui pendidikan dan latihan, kebijakan renumerasi, pengembangan karier ataupun lainnya akan menjadikan birokrasi Pemda dapat menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik pasca pandemic Covid-19 dengan baik.Kata Kuci: Globalisasi. Pandemi Covid-19, Birokrasi Pemda, Good Governance, dan Reformasi Birokrasi.Â ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia, due to the influence of globalization supported by advances in information and communication technology. The globalization of Covid-19 has had an impact on people's lives, the private business world, and government. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially for the Regional Government Bureaucracy, is the emergence of problems with weaknesses in the institutional aspects and behavior of the bureaucratic apparatus. However, there are also challenges and opportunities that can be utilized properly in policy making to overcome problems that arise after the pandemic. In this context, the handling of the pandemic can be handled properly if it is supported by good governance and digital bureaucracy. The institutional reform approach and the behavior of the local government bureaucracy will be good. The local government's institutional reform approach, both improvement of organizational forms and missions, regulations (policies), procedures, methods, and working mechanisms of public services will enable the local government bureaucracy to carry out its duties properly in overcoming the pandemic. Reforms through improving the behavior of the bureaucratic apparatus (ASN) both through education and training, remuneration policies, career development or others will make the local government bureaucracy able to carry out public services well after the Covid-19 pandemic. The overall innovation of the region has not been integrated into medium-term planning that will trigger the achievement of regional development goals. Nevertheless innovation has been able to create public confidence in the government. Innovation can be done is innovation on basic services such as birth certificate fulfillment service for infant born or 0-18 years old. Some districts have built innovation, and can be replicated. 	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Abstract:Democracy should not be implemented only at the national state level but should also practiced within families, schools and society. A young personâ€™s social relations initially develops within the family, further extending to his/her peers and finally into society at large. There are many factors influencing this relation, each posing their own challenges. One important factor is the parenting system a person grew up in. A person who was raised in a very strict, obedience demandingÂ  family environment, for example, will later face difficulties to take initiatives and to make decisions.Just like the family, schools need to create an environment which will allow its students to fully develop their social relations. This can be through the interactions betwen students and teachers and between students with other students, the behavioural examples shown by and the profesional qualifications of the teachers. These factors, albeit not the only ones, will play an important role in the development of a personâ€™s social relations.Society at large also plays an important role in the development of a young personâ€™s social relations. The problem is that society on the one hand views the as adults, but on the other hand do not given the chance to exercise their roles as adults. This is often frustrating and makes it difficult for a young person to develop his/her social relations. What is needed is a clear and simple guideline for the young person to follow in developing his/her social relations.The findings of this research, conducted amongst high school students in Semarang, however, shows that democacy within the family, the school and society at large is not yet fully practiced and has not yet played a significant role in developing the social relations of the students.It is recommended that families need to optimize their role a basis for a personâ€™s characcter and social relation development.Â  Schools should create a more favourable environment for their students to develop their social relations, while society should treat young persons in a manner matching to their social development stage. All this should be supported by appropriate government policies with regards to the development of the younger generation.Â    Keywords: democracy; family; school; society; social relation.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">Abstract Development was generally directed at developing local wisdom values and attitudes to society that were more conducive for renewal, development, and fostering of the nation. In this case, including the development of productive business enthusiasmmotivation. Far more important than that, a process of maturing society could be developedthrough guidance and encouragement and the presence of energy. Development actually included two main elements; namely, first, the issue of the material to bedelivered and shared, and second, the issue of the individual who steped up to the plate andbecame the human developer. Therefore development must ultimately be aimed at human development and humans who were built are creative humans and to be creative,humans must feel happy, safe, and free from fear.The success of regional development depended on the regional head seeing the potentialin his area and responding to the local wisdom of the local government. When the centralgovernment was determined to carry out development in the regions but the regionalgovernments were not enthusiastic, the development will proceed slowly. If localgovernments were enthusiastic, the development in their regions would run smoothly.Therefore, the Central Government appreciated to local governments for taking the initiativeto carry out development.This local wisdom started from development at the village government level, meaningthat when the village was given the opportunity, the village would be able to reduce the gapin Indonesia, because the poverty area was in the village.Keywords: Local Wisdom, Development, Region, Village DevelopmentAbstrakPembangunan pada umumnya diarahkan untuk mengembangkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokaldan sikap-sikap dalam masyarakat yang lebih kondusif bagi pembaharuan, pembangunan,dan pembinaan bangsa. Dalam hal ini termasuk pengembangan motivasi kegairahan usahayang bersifat produktif. Jauh lebih penting dari hal itu adalah dapat dikembangkan suatuproses pendewasaan masyarakat melalui pembinaan dan dorongan serta adanya energi.Pembangunan sebenarnya meliputi dua unsur pokok; yaitu pertama, masalah materi yang mau dihasilkan dan dibagi, dan kedua, masalah manusia yang menjadi pengambil inisiatif yang menjadi manusia pembangun. Oleh karena itu pembangunan pada akhirnyaharus ditujukan pada pembangunan manusia dan manusia yang dibangun adalah manusiayang kreatif dan untuk bisa kreatif ini manusia harus merasa bahagia, aman, dan bebas darirasa takut. Keberhasilan pembangunan daerah tergantung kepala daerah melihat potensi di wilayahnyadan menyikapi kearifan lokal pemerintah daerah. Ketika pemerintah pusat bertekadmelakukan pembangunan di daerah tetapi pemerintah daerah tidak antusias, makapembangunan akan berjalan lambat. Tetapi bila pemerintah daerah antusias, makapembangunan akan berjalan. Oleh karena itu Pemerintah Pusat mengapresiasi pemerintahdaerah yang berinisiatif melakukan pembangunan.Kearifan lokal ini mulai dari pembangunan di tingkat pemerintah desa, artinya ketika desadiberi kesempatan, desa akan mampu mengurangi kesenjangan di Indonesia, karenakantong-kantong kemiskinan itu ada di desa. The birth of the millennials (Y) and Gen Zgenerations is a natural process for the progress of the nation which not onlybecomes the domination of Indonesia but also the whole world. Gen Z, has adifferent way in personal and national life. The way of loving their country cannotbe compared to the previous generationâ€™s pattern. The generation of babbyboomers, or the older generation has a heroic time about the struggle forindependence and defending independence. Millennials and Gen Z have a heroicperiod where they can conquer the world with fast information technology, be in aplurality of countries, tolerance, entrepeneurship, universal social values and thedominant decision making in the family. Some of them are hedonists, but thelifestyle they adopted is prenetrained with broad insight, institutionalized in acreative and innovative life.</dc:description>

Â The Â result Â of Â the Â people's Â unpreparedness Â in facing Â this pandemic has in turn led to social disorganization in all aspects of people's lives. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has forced the community to be adaptive to the various forms of social change it causes. The various existing problems have presented a social transformation urge in society, in fact, it was not impossible that civilization and humanitarian order would experience a shift in a direction and form that is far different from the previous conditions.Socio-logical Â construction Â in Â the Â fourÂ  perceptions Â ofÂ  society Â illustrated Â the dynamics of public response to various government policies related to the Covid-19 pandemic. We also understood this perception at the level of awareness, discipline, and social behavior during the pandemic and currently in Indonesia there were still additional new clusters for the spread of Covid-19, both area and activity- based.Keywords: Covid 19, Social change, community, perception, societyAbstrakSecara sosiologis, pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan perubahan sosial yang tidak direncanakan dalam artian, perubahan sosial yang terjadi secara sporadis dan tidak dikehendaki kehadirannya oleh masyarakat. Akibat dari ketidaksiapan masyarakat dalam menghadapi pandemi ini pada gilirannya telah menyebabkan disorganisasi sosial di segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat.Dampak pandemi Covid-19 telah memaksa komunitas masyarakat harus adaptif terhadap berbagai bentuk perubahan sosial yang diakibatkannya. Berbagai ragam persoalan yang ada telah menghadirkan desakan transformasi sosial di masyarakat, bahkan, bukan tidak mungkin peradaban dan tatanan kemanusiaan akan mengalami pergeseran ke arah dan bentuk yang jauh berbeda dari kondisi sebelumnya. Untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat diperlukan berbagai aspek penting, seperti pelayanan prima, profesionalisme dan budaya kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan prima, profesionalisme dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama pada kepuasan masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelayanan prima, profesionalisme dan budaya kerja pada kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Jadi dalam penelitian ini tidak menggunakan perlakuan terhadap variabel penelitian tetapi meneliti fakta-fakta yang telah terjadi dan telah dilakukan oleh subjek penelitian.Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pelayanan prima berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat, profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat, budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Candisari Kota Semarang.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">ABSTRAKSIPemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jawa Tengah dan tujuh Bupati dan Wakil Bupati yang diselenggarakan pada tahun 2018 menjadi Momen Penting Reformasi Dua Puluh Tahun dalam politik nasional. Karena pelaksanaan Pilkada secara damai dan tertib memberikan dampak ganda bagi pelaksanaan Pileg dan Pilpres 2019 yang akan datang. Provinsi Jawa Tengah menjadi salah satu barometer politik nasional dan pelajaran belajar untuk pelaksanaan pesta demokrasi di wilayah tersebut. Secara kelembagaan pelaksana Pemilu Kepala Daerah adalah Komisi Pemilihan Umum dan pengawas pelaksanaan oleh Bawaslu dan fasilitasi untuk menjaga ketertiban dan keamanan dalam rangka memastikan pelaksanaan pemilu secara aman dan damai (tidak menimbulkan gangguan dan kerusuhan), dapat dipilih untuk mandat dan membawa mandat rakyat. Peran pemangku kepentingan dalam Pilkada sangat penting, sehingga pelaksanaannya dipantau dengan baik, meningkatnya penggunaan pilihan (ditargetkan pada 77,6% di Jawa Tengah) dan persaingan politik yang semakin berkualitas dalam pemungutan suara, perhitungan dan penetapan Gubernur / Wakil Gubernur dan tujuh Bupati / Wakil Bupati. Partisipasi media massa dan media on-line dapat memberikan manfaat positif dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan umum di Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2018, tahap pilkada, memilih dan memilah informasi yang berguna, &quot;mencegah kampanye hit / hoax&quot; yang memiliki potensi untuk menghasut konflik horizontal. 	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">ABSTRACTLong-term care strategies should receive attention, becoming a development issue in the coming year in line with the increasing number of elderly people (&amp;gt; 60 years) both globally and in Indonesia. Global changes in the last two decades have been an increase in the number and proportion of the elderly population (age group&amp;gt; 60 years). The average life expectancy (UHH) in Indonesia according to BPS data for 2018 is 71.20 years. If we separate the life expectancy data (UHH) then the life expectancy of women is higher than that of men. BPS data shows that female UHH is 73.19 years and male is 69.3 years (difference of 3.89 years or 4 years).The condition of the elderly has not been encouraging from BPS data in 2018, the number of elderly is around 24 million people out of 267 million people of Indonesia (8.98%). Based on the province, it is known that the largest distribution of the elderly in 2018 is in (1) DIY Province (18.76%), (2) Bali Province (13.38%), (3) Central Java Provinces the third highest, 12.38%, (4) South Sulawesi Province at 12.16% and (5) East Java Province at 11.81% (Bappenas, 2019). The high population of the elderly in 2018 of 24 million people has placed Indonesia as one of the countries with an aging population. including high (aging population country). This will bring consequences and implications for different development policies when compared to dealing with residents of the young age group (ageÂ  15- 30 years).In the context of elderly care and social protection independently, it is necessary to develop regulations, institutions and increase the potential of the community so that the elderly population that is getting bigger, independent and prosperous can be formulated as follows : (1) the importance of formulating regulations, policies and the elderly database in an integrated manner with population data and poverty reduction programs in the regions. Regional level can improve and update to fit the real conditions in the area; (2) Improve the welfare of the elderly by taking lessons from South Korea, Japan and Vietnam through long term insurance managed by the community itself or the management of community-based elderly care institutions. Cities have strong social capital in society and (3) Improving elderly care and welfare needs a social pension policy that is managed independently so that the elderly can stand up and be dignified.Key word : elder people, long-term care strategies ABSTRAKStrategi perawatan jangka panjang harus mendapat perhatian, menjadi masalah pembangunan di tahun mendatang sejalan dengan meningkatnya jumlah lansia (&amp;gt; 60 tahun) baik secara global maupun di Indonesia. Perubahan global dalam dua dekade terakhir telah meningkatkan jumlah dan proporsi populasi lansia (kelompok usia&amp;gt; 60 tahun). Rata-rata usia harapan hidup (UHH) di Indonesia menurut data BPS untuk 2018 adalah 71,20 tahun. Jika kita memisahkan data harapan hidup (UHH) maka harapan hidup perempuan lebih tinggi daripada laki-laki. Data BPS menunjukkan bahwa UHH perempuan adalah 73,19 tahun dan laki-laki adalah 69,3 tahun (perbedaan 3,89 tahun atau 4 tahun).Kondisi lansia belum menggembirakan dari data BPS tahun 2018, jumlah lansia sekitar 24 juta orang dari 267 juta orang Indonesia (8,98%). Berdasarkan provinsi, diketahui bahwa distribusi lansia terbesar pada tahun 2018 adalah di (1) Provinsi DIY (18,76%), (2) Provinsi Bali (13,38%), (3) Provinsi Jawa Tengah tertinggi ketiga, 12,38 %, (4) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebesar 12,16% dan (5) Provinsi Jawa Timur sebesar 11,81% (Bappenas, 2019). Tingginya populasi lansia pada tahun 2018 dari 24 juta orang telah menempatkan Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara dengan populasi yang menua. termasuk tinggi (negara penduduk yang menua). Ini akan membawa konsekuensi dan implikasi untuk kebijakan pembangunan yang berbeda jika dibandingkan dengan berurusan dengan penduduk dari kelompok usia muda (usia 15-30 tahun).Dalam konteks perawatan lansia dan perlindungan sosial secara mandiri, perlu untuk mengembangkan peraturan, institusi dan meningkatkan potensi masyarakat sehingga populasi lansia yang semakin besar, mandiri dan sejahtera dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) pentingnya merumuskan peraturan, kebijakan, dan basis data lanjut usia secara terpadu dengan data populasi dan program pengentasan kemiskinan di daerah. Tingkat regional dapat ditingkatkan dan diperbarui agar sesuai dengan kondisi nyata di daerah tersebut; (2) Meningkatkan kesejahteraan lansia dengan mengambil pelajaran dari Korea Selatan, Jepang, dan Vietnam melalui asuransi jangka panjang yang dikelola oleh masyarakat itu sendiri atau pengelolaan lembaga perawatan lansia berbasis masyarakat. Kota-kota memiliki modal sosial yang kuat di masyarakat dan (3) Meningkatkan perawatan dan kesejahteraan lansia membutuhkan kebijakan pensiun sosial yang dikelola secara mandiri sehingga lansia dapat berdiri dan bermartabat.Kata kunci: Â kelompok lanjut usia, strategi perawatan lanjut usia jangka panjang</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">If all roads as well as infrastructure, volume, and capacity of the road load are well managed, then the path existency: in terms of view or angle, durability and function will be longer, at least will survive and function according to standard and specification that has been fixed-targeted, and there will be no bottlenecks that create new problems ..It must be admitted that Kuala Lumpur 11 years ago has been thinking and making serious efforts to manage not to make the road problem a disaster, with some form of arrangement by the local authorities, so that the road function becomes more smooth and there is no meaningful congestion.Based on experience, and short-sighted observations a few years ago, there were some inspiring ideas. the need for some form of arrangement that supports the use and management of roads in order to improve and smoothly, among others, are: the need for restrictions: (1) the amount of transportation on the highway; (2) parking bans on roads / roads; (3) additional completeness of road signs; (4) means of shelter; including supporting / supporting facilities / infrastructures. among others: (1) the availability of space / place / area of a strategic parker and menyahi; (2) the requirement of garage ownership for the purchase of motorcycles / cars and new means of transportation that will not cause the danger of congestion on the road.Restrictions as part of the management of the highway will be more effective if the government, especially the local government, creates through local regulations, as it becomes the government's therapeutic. To imitate the good for the good of the people of the nation and the State is neither guilty nor sinful. 	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">ABSTRACT The Concept of Democracy is one of the products of Western thought that has gone through a long history since ancient Greece that was neglected in the development of mainstream discourse, but returned to popularity in the 18th century and became a constant conversation when the wave of democratization hit countries in the world since in the 1970s. What is interesting about the concept of democracy is the inspiration of the thoughts that it gave birth to political transformation in many countries that inspired to inspire many scholars and activists in many developing countries who were also struggling with autocratic regimes to deepen it. Democratic reforms have always been special news in various mass media, both in newspapers, television, and not only discussed in general contexts, such as in mass media, but also in more specialized public spaces. For example, it was seen when the first direct presidential election in Indonesia after the New Order was broadcast widely and attracted the attention of the world's citizens. Democracy is also discussed in restaurants, football stadiums, malls, terminals and many other places including Nobar (Watching goods) Presidential / Cawapres debate ahead of the 2019 Presidential Election.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â   This reality shows that democracy has been accepted as an important word in the present century. But the problems that need to get mutual attention, how the democratization process takes place, the key actors, the interaction between actors what will be achieved, the driving factors and obstacles to the democratization process. 	<dc:description xml:lang="id-ID">AbstrakPandemi covid-19 yang berlangsung sejak awal 2020, telah berdampak pada Kesehatan, social dan ekonomi masyarakat. Pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang biasanya menjadi roda kehidupan keonomi masyarakat tidak mampu bertahan. Berbagai kebijakan yang diuluncurkan pemerintah suka tidak suka harus diterima demi Kesehatan sekaligus uasaha yang tidak berhenti. Deregulasi dan debirokratisasi menjadi tempat untuk menguatkan dan mengembangkan perekonomian masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana deregulasi dan debirokratisasi mampu memberikan peluang bagi UMKM untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi respon kebijakan pemerintah dalam menyelesaikan masalah UMKM, dan kemampuan UMKM dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bertahan menghadapai pandemic covid-19. Lokus penelitian di Kota Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan deregulasi dan debirokratisasi mampu untuk mendorong usaha mikro kecil dan menengah menghadapi pandemic covid-19. Meskipun poeningkatannya masih cenderung melambat namun berbagai upaya telah membantu bangkit dan bekerja.Â Kata kunci : pandemic, covid-19, pelaku, deregulasi, debirokratisasi, UMKMÂ AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic, which has been ongoing since early 2020, has had an impact on the health, social and economy of the community. Micro, small and medium enterprises, which are usually the wheels of the economic life of the community, are unable to survive. Various policies launched by the government, whether we like it or not, must be accepted for the sake of health as well as efforts that do not stop. Deregulation and debureaucratization are places to strengthen and develop the community's economy. The purpose of this study is to analyze how deregulation and debureaucratization are able to provide opportunities for MSMEs to grow and develop. The focus of this research includes the response to government policies in solving MSME problems, and the ability of MSMEs to increase their ability to survive the COVID-19 pandemic. The research locus in Surakarta City. The results of the study show that deregulation and debureaucratization are able to encourage micro, small and medium enterprises to face the COVID-19 pandemic.
