Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Teknologi Informasi Dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Manajerial

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja manajerial yang dimediasi oleh sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen pada manager koperasi di Kota Semarang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelatif terapan dengan populasi adalah 1073 manajer koperasi. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 100 manajer. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi pengaruh antara budaya organisasi dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture; information technology on managerial performance is mediated by the accounting information systems management in a cooperative manager in the city of Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. This research is a descriptive correlative population is applied to the cooperative manager in 1073. Total sample was 100 managers. The analytical tool used is the path analysis. Results of hypothesis testing showed that the organizational culture, information technology and management accounting information systems have a significant positive effect on managerial performance. Management accounting information system serves as a mediating variable between organizational culture and the influence of information technology on managerial performance.
