Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kepercayaan, Kerjasama tim terhadap Komitmen organisasi (1),  pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional, Kerjasama Tim terhadap Kinerja karyawan (2) pengaruh Komitmen organisasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Responden penelitian adalah Pegawai Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri Industri Kayu Brumbung Perum Perhutani Unit I Jawa Tengah sebanyak 137 orang. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program AMOS v. 4,0 dan SPSS v. 16. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformational dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, gaya kepemimipinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kerjasama tim tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

 

The  purpose  of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, trust, and commitmenton  organizational commitment (1), the effect of transformational leadership  style, Teamwork on  employee performance (2) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Respondents were employee Kesatuan  Bisnis Industri Kayu Brumbung Perum Perhutani Unit I Jawa Tengah, much as 137 people. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis with assistance AMOS v. 4.0 and SPSS v. 16  Program. The research proved that the transformational leadership style and trust had  positive and significant impact on organizational commitment;  transformational style leadership had positive and significant effecton employee performance;  organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee performance; while, teamwork  had unsignificant effect on employee performance.
