Abstract

The tendency of the implementation of Pancasila Democracy, especially in the case of the campaign ahead of the general election, both to elect the President and his Deputy, Central Legislative Members, Provinces, City Regencies, and DPDs, some election participants, only think of the victory aspects of political party negotiations in the campaign process, rather than show the behavior of members of the Indonesian community consisting of Pancasilais. To avoid any election, various HOAKs will develop which increasingly threaten the deadly NKRI consensus, the state must direct that political parties are not based on only certain religions, but must be based on a minimum of multi-religions, so it is not highlighted, but rather cross spirituality religion is the basis for the establishment of a religious party.
