Focus and Scope

JURNAL ILMIAH HUKUM DAN DINAMIKA MASYARAKAT (JHDM) is an academic journal for Legal Studies published by Master of Law, Semarang University. It aims primarily to facilitate scholarly and professional discussions over current developments on legal issues in Indonesia as well as to publish innovative legal researches concerning Indonesian laws and legal system. The focus and scope of this journal are legal problems in the fields of Criminal Law; Civil Law; Constitutional Law; International Law; Administrative Law;  Islamic Law;  Business Law;  Medical Law;  Environmental Law; Adat Law; Agrarian Law; Legal Philosophy.

Peer Review Process

Submitted papers are evaluated by double blind peer review for contribution, originality and relevance. The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 2 months. Please notice that because of the great number of submissions that JHDM has received during the last few months the duration of the review process can be up to 4 months.

 

Publication Frequency

JURNAL ILMIAH HUKUM DAN DINAMIKA MASYARAKAT (JHDM) is scheduled for publication in April and October (2 issue a year).  It is electronically published via journal website

Open Access Policy

JURNAL ILMIAH HUKUM DAN DINAMIKA MASYARAKAT (JHDM) is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
