Jurnal Ilmiah Dunia Hukum (JIDH) is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal that aims to offer an international academic platform for cross-border legal research in various governmental policies and civil rights law, particularly in developing countries. This may include but is not limited to areas such as civil law, criminal law, constitutional and administrative law, customary institution law, religious jurisprudence law, international regime law, legal pluralism governance, and other sections related to contemporary issues in legal scholarship.

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of JIDH. Please read the information about the peer-review process. Articles published on JIDH will go through a double-blind peer-review process. Thus, the decision whether or not to accept the scientific article is the right of the Editorial Board based on peer reviewer recommendations.

Jurnal Ilmiah Dunia Hukum accepts article submissions and does not impose Article Processing Charges (APC). Authors are not required to pay any article submission fees as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs (free).
